Outsourced managed agentic execution. Americas time zone.

Senior Brazilian teams that design, build, operate, and answer for teams of AI agents — with cost-per-task, behavior SLA, and audit trails. Billed in dollars.

One team logs off as the other logs on.

São Paulo is one to two hours ahead of US Eastern Time, depending on US daylight saving time. Teams are online at the same time for most of the day.

Overlapping working hours, not overnight handoffs

São Paulo is one to two hours ahead of US Eastern Time. Teams are online at the same time for most of the day, which matters more for AI agent operations than for staff augmentation, because behavioral incidents require immediate action from someone on call.

Audit discipline built under demanding regulations

Brazil's data protection law grants the data subject a right to review decisions made solely by automated processing, and the regulator (ANPD) publishes a regulatory agenda. We build the audit trail because our home market already demands it — you inherit the discipline.

Senior engineering, without building a team

You contract the operation of an agent team, not headcount by the hour. The squad answers for the same five indicators we contract in Brazil, and the intellectual property we build is yours, in an open format.

What you get

The same contracted indicators as any AInda operation, in Brazil or abroad. Process behavior and performance, with a value agreed per process.

  1. Unit of work
  2. Record of each execution
  3. AInda Controle (our control layer)
  4. The five indicators
01Accuracy rate per process
Correct outcomes over total processed.
02Human intervention rate
Cases that required unplanned human action.
03Resolution time
Average time from intake to case completion.
04Maximum cost per unit of work
Cap per unit, measured monthly.
05Incident containment time
From detection to stopping the effect.

Values agreed per process and reported monthly, with a historical series and a baseline.

Engagement models

  1. Fixed-scope build

A fixed price for a defined implementation, with measured acceptance criteria. Typically the first four to six weeks, before the operations subscription starts.

  2. Operations subscription

Monthly contract, per AI agent team, with behavior and performance SLA, and AInda Controle (our control layer) included. This is the long-term shape of the relationship.

  3. Per unit of work

Priced per completed task: invoice reconciled, contract reviewed, claim triaged, ticket resolved, or pull request reviewed — with harness telemetry as the source of truth. Requires instrumented processes and measured baselines.

Critical questions and answers

Who owns what we build?

The client. Skills, integrations, behavior tests, and audit trails are delivered in an open format, and the transfer is included in the contract from the start — not negotiated at the end. We have a reference harness we know inside and out, but it's not a condition of working with us. The client specifies what to use, and we adapt.

How do you handle our data and credentials?

Agents receive their own credentials, distinct from human credentials, with authority defined by positive enumeration: what is not enumerated is prohibited by design. By default, AInda Controle runs in your environment: your data and evidence never leave your infrastructure, and we access them with agent credentials that you delegate and can revoke. If you prefer, we run an instance dedicated to your company, hosted in Brazil.

What happens when agents make mistakes?

The responsibility boundaries come from signed documents, with liability caps, defined remedies — re-execution or credit — and an enumerated list of events that suspend the obligations. We do not sell absence of risk. We sell risk that is known, bounded, measured, and owned.

Do you promise outcomes?

Only where we can measure it, using structured and deterministic formats. A results obligation requires three cumulative conditions: a baseline measured and accepted in writing, at least one quarter of proven operation, and a contractual exposure cap. Without a baseline, the contract records only a best-efforts commitment — and we say so in the proposal, not in renegotiations.

01

A baseline measured and accepted in the contract

Comes from · Agentic Sprint Zero

And
02

At least one quarter of proven operation under AgentOps

Comes from · Managed AgentOps

And
03

Contractual exposure caps

Comes from · Authority and Delegation Matrix

All three: a results obligation

Within the caps.

One missing: a best-efforts commitment

Stated in the contract, not implied.

All three must be in place at the same time. Each comes out of an earlier offering, which is why a results obligation comes in steps.

How does billing work?

In dollars. AI model tokens can run on your own API keys, which gives you direct visibility of costs and reduces intermediation costs.
