Privacy Policy

This policy describes what personal data this site collects, what we use it for, and what your rights are under Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD, Law No. 13.709/2018).

September 2026

1.Who the controller is

AInda, headquartered in São Paulo, Brazil, is the controller of the personal data collected by this site. For any matter relating to this policy, write to contato@ainda.ai.

2.What data we collect

We only collect what you type and the minimum needed to know whether the site is working. The site sets no tracking cookies, builds no visitor profiles, and shares no data with advertisers. The one exception is optional and happens only if you ask: the LinkedIn posts on the home and Insights pages, described in the next section.

Form data
Name, email, and — when you provide them — company, role, timing, and message. These are sent by email to our team and are not stored in a database.
Contact origin
The page the form was submitted from and any campaign parameters present in the address. It tells us how you arrived.
Usage metrics
We use Vercel Web Analytics, which measures page views and events in aggregate, without cookies and without identifying the visitor.
Technical logs
Our hosting provider keeps access logs, including IP address, for as long as needed for the security and operation of the service.

3.LinkedIn posts (optional)

On the Portuguese home and Insights pages, we show AInda's recent LinkedIn posts through Elfsight, a third-party service. Nothing from Elfsight loads until you click “Carregar os posts” (“Load the posts”).

If you load them, your browser connects to Elfsight, which receives your IP address and sets cookies in your browser — at the time of writing, elfsight_viewed_recently, from Elfsight itself, and _cfuvid, used by Cloudflare for the service's traffic control. The widget also keeps track, in session storage, of which posts you have seen; that record is erased when the tab is closed. The widget's fonts come from Google Fonts, which also receives your IP address. Elfsight and Google handle this data under their own privacy policies.

If you check “Sempre carregar neste navegador” (“Always load in this browser”), we store that choice in your browser's local storage — not in a cookie, and never on our server. To withdraw it, use “Não carregar mais automaticamente” (“Stop loading automatically”), right below the posts, or clear this site's data in your browser settings. The cookies Elfsight has already set belong to Elfsight and are cleared the same way.

That is why this site shows no cookie consent banner: the only content that sets third-party cookies asks for permission right where it appears, and loads only after you give it.

4.What we use it for

Form data is used exclusively to reply to your inquiry. We do not use it to send unsolicited marketing, we do not sell it, and we do not pass it to third parties for their own purposes.

Aggregate metrics are used to understand which content is useful and where the site needs to improve.

6.Who we share it with

With the processors strictly necessary for the site to work: the hosting provider, the transactional email service, and the metrics service. Each processes data only under our instructions and for the purposes above.

Some of those processors handle data outside Brazil. In those cases, the international transfer observes the requirements of Chapter V of the LGPD.

The LinkedIn posts are the exception: if you ask to load them, it is your browser that connects to Elfsight and Google Fonts, and those services handle the data under their own policies.

7.How long we keep it

The site keeps no lead database: the form message is delivered by email and remains in the team's inbox for as long as needed to conduct the commercial conversation.

8.Your rights

The LGPD grants you, among others, the right to confirm that processing exists, access your data, correct incomplete or outdated data, request anonymization, blocking, or deletion, withdraw consent, and obtain information about who we share it with.

To exercise any of them, write to contato@ainda.ai. We reply within the statutory period.

You also have the right to petition Brazil's National Data Protection Authority (ANPD).

9.Automated decisions

This site does not make automated decisions about you. The form is read by a person.

The point is worth making because it is our own subject: article 20 of the LGPD grants the data subject the right to review decisions made solely by automated processing — and that is exactly the standard of evidence and review we help our clients build.

10.Security

The site is served exclusively over an encrypted connection. The form applies a submission rate limit and server-side validation. Because we do not persist form data, the exposure surface is the smallest possible for the purpose.

11.Changes to this policy

If it changes materially, we update the date below the title and, where the impact justifies it, notify by email anyone in active contact with us.
