Partnerships
Our partnerships and supported technologies.
Big Tech companies and frontier AI labs have platforms, models, APIs, and SDKs. AInda provides what is missing for these assets to run processes under the Brazilian regulatory framework, with human owners, cost-effectively, and with rich audit trails.
For mid-sized and large regulated companies, three differences: governance as the backbone, not a feature; portability and open formats; sovereignty and provenance.
The business opportunity in agentic AI
Platform providers and AI labs have created dedicated funds to support the agentic AI ecosystem. They all say the same thing about the growth bottleneck: moving pilot-stage projects into large-scale production with governance. That's AInda's specialty.
The bottleneck: from pilot to production at scale, with governance

Enterprise systems, data, and cybersecurity
- Capability
We support virtually all enterprise systems through MCP servers, APIs, and services, including ERPs, core banking, claims systems, tax systems, transactional systems, productivity tools, and CRMs, as well as multiple data sources, to accelerate integration and context readiness. We work with cybersecurity partners on the infrastructure layers we don't cover directly — keeping agent red teaming with us, which we consider a differentiator.

How we work with each kind of partner
In a rapidly changing market, strong relationships make all the difference.
Harness and platform vendors
What we offer
An implementation partner that delivers results in critical processes in Brazil, including regulated ones — the segment where global platforms have more difficulty entering alone and that the partnership programs themselves identify as a bottleneck. Structured feedback on product gaps observed with Brazilian customers, always accompanied by the respective business priority. Agents and vertical skills in Portuguese, ready for licensing. And qualified use of the technologies: agents that go into production with an owner, metrics, and continuity criteria.
What we ask for
Commercial terms compatible with BRL billing for clients; clarity on ownership and licensing of co-developed artifacts; and sufficient technical access for us to take responsibility for production behavior.
Model vendors and clouds
What we offer
A partner that treats the selection of models as a defensible architectural decision and can demonstrate to the client, with arguments, benchmarks, and results from real tests, why a certain model is the right one for a given task. Presence in regulated Brazilian verticals, where the barriers are regulatory and audit-related, not technical. And an interlocutor who documents and updates Brazilian regulatory requirements in a way product teams can use.
What we ask for
Formal competence and technical qualifications; access to co-financing funds for projects and proofs of concept; joint service on named accounts; and architectural support for project validation and sovereign data residency.
What is not negotiable: Model and cloud exclusivity. The multi-model policy is part of AInda's value proposition for clients.
System integrators, ERPs, and enterprise systems
What we offer
A cross-platform agentic AI layer that leverages each platform's native AI capabilities. ERPs, core banking systems, and claims systems contain the data and processes; what is missing are AI agents that make decisions with discernment, cross-reference data across multiple systems, operate within bounded authority, and maintain audit trails. We are complementary and use the platforms' native AIs whenever possible: we do not replace critical systems but operate on top of them — and, in doing so, we increase the value and ROI of the installed base.
What we ask for
Documented and approved technical access; joint participation in accounts; and a willingness to build reusable MCP connectors rather than one-off integrations.
Consultancies, software houses, and agencies
What we offer
An agentic AI capability that is hard to build in-house, given the scarcity and cost of senior AI talent: harness engineering, evals, agentic FinOps, and governance. We work in a delivery partnership, designing projects together, with explicit scope boundaries. We execute together the third level of responsibility — that of outcomes — the one almost no one takes on in agentic AI projects today.
What we ask for
Contractual clarity on the scope and ownership of jointly produced artifacts, as well as direct access to customers and their systems, not just to written requirements, which is what delivery quality depends on.
Cybersecurity and risk partners
What we offer
A practice specializing in red teaming for AI agents — adversarial testing applied to decisions made autonomously, on an attack surface different from the traditional ones. We complement cybersecurity processes in a context where incidents involving AI agents are already common and where new vulnerabilities emerge from the combined use of systems and data, as well as from the introduction of new tools.
What we ask for
Clear division of scope among infrastructure, systems, data, and the behavior of AI agents, along with joint participation in the accounts, so we can apply our methodology and tools directly.
Industry associations, universities, and research funds
This domain is essential for AInda to build vertical expertise in processes, legislation, regulatory frameworks, compliance, and security. Our partnerships with trade associations and employer federations address the immediate horizon, covering what is currently in force and what will take effect over the next 24 months. In collaboration with universities, we train agentic AI engineers and bring in knowledge about the future and the trends of each vertical. We also seek resources for research and development, ensuring we remain prepared to meet emerging demands and opportunities.
What we offer
- Ability to plan and execute independently of vendors — addressing the needs of institutional programs and the gaps platform providers cannot fill
- Documented, transferable methodology covering diagnosis, an authority matrix, and audit criteria, presented in a format reproducible by other executors, with specifications published under an open model
- Training for entity and university associates, faculty, and students, focused on high-opportunity professions related to agentic AI
- Periodic production of trend reports and primary sector data on the adoption, costs, and results of AI agent use, under a Creative Commons license for free use by entities, universities, and researchers
- Structuring of projects eligible for public funding to leverage existing and underused instruments, such as calls for innovation, applied research, and technological development

Conduct commitment
In institutional partnerships, we serve as neutral technical executors. We do not use our accreditation status to impose specific technologies; instead, we document the criteria guiding each technological choice. This neutrality enables us to build sustainable partnerships with these entities.
How to partner with AInda
- Technology vendor
- We operate through joint and named accounts, with agreed plans, clearly defined responsibilities for every party, and established success criteria. Our shared rewards are concrete, published case studies of regulated processes automated by AI agents.
- Industry association, training network, funding agency, or university
- We begin with lectures and educational events on using AI agents in regulated businesses and institutional settings, as well as on AI trends and opportunities. We then jointly establish pilots, research initiatives, and proofs of concept, followed by funding programs and the joint publication of success stories.
- Consultancy, software house, or agency
- We operate jointly on accounts or through technical subcontracts, with explicit scope and accountability boundaries. Our shared outcome is AI agents delivered to production, with measurable and auditable results.
- Investor
- If you are an investor interested in supporting the evolution of agentic AI in production in Brazil, including in regulated sectors, we can discuss partnership and investment opportunities.
